Are your products natural and cruelty free?

Yes, Natalia's Magic Skin Care is an ALL natural skin care line and we definitely are cruelty free. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, We ship everywhere

When will my order ship?

Processing times vary between 7-14 business days (Orders placed before 12 PM EST will start processing that day, any orders after 12 will start processing the next business day)

How can I track my package?

We will send you your tracking # via email as soon as your package is delivered to the post office.

Returns and Refunds:

The return policy last 7 days after your package has been delivered. After 7 days unfortunately we can not issue any exchange or refund.

There will be a 20-30% restocking fee depending on the condition the item you are returning or exchanging is in. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

It must also be in the original packaging, and not in any other packaging. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing product for reasons not due to our error WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be notified via email once we receive your item.

 Cancelling your order

To cancel your order it must be within 24 hours after purchase, shipping is non refundable and you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee and shipping non refundable. If your order has been shipped a refund can NOT be made.
